A practical guide for UK company directors and people with significant control (PSCs).

What you need to know

Verify with Companies House

Companies House requires identity verification for people who hold certain roles in UK companies, including directors and people with significant control (PSCs). Existing companies and individuals should check the current requirements and deadlines that apply to them.

After completing verification, Companies House provides a personal verification code. Submit it to Law Partners so we can record it for relevant company filings and support future administrative submissions.
